We can absolutely help you find your perfect Air B&B if you're struggling. Just give Liz a call and we can set up a place and time to meet. Most Air B&Bs require only a partial payment at the time of booking and the remainder of the payment due the week before your arrival. I recommend finding an Air B&B in Coram, Hungry Horse, West Glacier, North of Kalispell or on the East side of Whitefish. Again, Liz will be HAPPY to find an Air B&B that fits all of your needs and at your budget. We are always looking for the most bang for our buck!

Flight

Flights to and from FCA

Because everyone is planning a different length of stay, it is easier to let individuals book their own flights instead of booking a group flight. Please make sure your flight is booked from PIT (or where your city is) to FCA. There are two airports in Kalispell and this is the one we recommend. To find the cheapest and best flights we recommend using the following Apps and websites: Hopper (https://www.hopper.com/), Google Flights (https://www.google.com/travel/flights), and Expedia (https://www.expedia.com/). Again, Liz will be happy to help you book your flight and fight the cheapest deal possible! Don't be afraid to ask her, this is what she's here for!

Rental Car

Car Rentals

Please reach out to Liz to get a car at a discounted price. She has the teacher's union discount, please take advantage of it! If you would like to book on your own, we recommend using Expedia or Priceline for the best prices available! We also recommend getting a smaller car. Not only is it more price effective but Going-to-the-Sun-Road is NARROW. Having a smaller vehicle will ease your mind a bit!

House Or Rental

Glacier Raft Company

We recommend getting a cabin or hotel here at the venue. The link included will show you the floor plans available. To actually book the hotel or cabin, please contact Liz. She will be able to call and place your rental. You have until December to get priority booking. After December, the cabins will be posted for the public to choose from. As always, we recommend booking with a group to save money. Liz will be happy to also help coordinate groups if you are looking to stay in a multi-room cabin to save money.
