How is Coronavirus affecting your wedding?

Answer

We are proceeding as planned and letting each guest invited make their own choice of attendance for their own personal health and safety. The CDC continues to warn against large gatherings. Since we are hosting on private property we are not restricted to the amount of guests we can invite. We invited between 220 - 240 guests and will be taking extra sanitary precautions on our big day. We understand that everyone's situation is different and truly understand if you choose to celebrate with us from afar! Please keep your RSVP up to date. We request your RSVP by August 28th and our final count will be on September 7th for any changes due to COVID-19.

Will you be upset if we do not come due to COVID-19?

Answer

Not at all! We will miss your smiling faces but want you all to feel comfortable, safe, and healthy!

But what do I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal - tuxes and gowns are welcome as well as suits and cocktail dresses. Keep in mind the warmer evening and cooler nights. There will be some walking from spot to spot in an open field, so ladies keep in mind for appropriate shoes.

Where are we celebrating?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both located at the same venue and will be held outdoors. The ceremony will be shaded from the surrounding trees and the reception will be held in a tent. Address: 565 Tex Lane Madisonville, KY 42431

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Is there parking?

Answer

There will be parking on site but feel free to car pool as it is a private residence. There is NO Uber or Lyft in Madisonville, KY. Once on site there will be golf carts to take people from one point to the next for those that choose to not walk!

Are children invited?

Answer

If they are on on the invite list (close friends and immediate family) then yes! Due to current circumstances, if you can leave them at home with a family member, we ask that you do so. We love your littles, but we are trying to get the guest count down. If this alters your ability to come, by all means bring them. But please know that this event will be catered to adults.

What do I do the night before?

Answer

We will have a small rehearsal dinner with the wedding party and immediate family with welcoming drinks to follow. At 8:00PM Friday, 18th please join us for drinks and mingling at the Ross Residence.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

August 28th. You may mail in the RSVP card included in your invitation or online under our RSVP tab.
