"Don't date a coworker" is one of those pieces of advice that pretty much anyone will give you when you develop a little work crush. Lee might be more of a rule follower, but I have has always thought of rules as more of just "suggestions". It's a good thing, because when Lee began working at Bold Catering & Design alongside me in late 2015, it was clear after several months that there was some undeniable chemistry. The first 6 months of our relationship was kept mostly a secret from the office while we figured out just how much chemistry there really was. After months of clandestine date nights in random locations all over town where we knew we wouldn't run into anyone, we decided that this work crush had grown into us both falling head over heels for each other. We are so lucky that one of our shared passions is creating and executing events for one of the top event companies in Atlanta. Our jobs revolve a lot around weddings here in ATL, so after we were engaged in Costa Rica in January 2018, we knew that a destination wedding would be perfect for us. We love our city, but the idea of planning a wedding in a place that wouldn't feel like another day at work was what really appealed to us. In thinking of the perfect location to say "I Do", a couple things were clear to us. One, we love to travel and experience new cultures together and we wanted to share that feeling with all of our favorite people. And two, we love a good beach party! We fell in love with Costa Rica on our engagement trip, and we are so excited for everyone that we love most to experience the beauty and laidback vibe of the Guanacaste Province with us! Pura vida!
