Can I bring a plus 1 or additional people?

Answer

No. Our invites are limited. Unless we have specified on the invitation, and the RSVP reflects the plus 1, you cannot bring another guest.

Are children invited?

Answer

Though we love all your children, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children who are not immediate family. Specific individuals will have the name of their INVITED children on their invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

You, and your plus one(s) will be marked as not attending. The invitations provided a QR code that sends guests directly to the RSVP page, which takes seconds to complete. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND if you failed to RSVP, for we will not have accommodations for you or your plus one. We will miss you, but we have a timeline to keep & the RSVP numbers will impact the count we send to vendors.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Earlier is always better. The ceremony is expected to start around 4:30 pm, so being at the chapel around 4 pm would be great.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Smart casual. We want our guest to be comfortable, but also respecting that it is a church space. Smart casual includes items like blazers, sports jackets, dresses, sweaters, trousers, khakis, skirts, blouses, button-down shirts, polos, dress shoes, boots, heels, flats, scarves and jewelry.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes. There is plenty of parking around Germantown Presbyterian Church. Please see the edited Goggle maps image provided on this page.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Again, our invites are limited. Unless we have specified on the invitation, and the RSVP reflects the the children.

What type of food and drink will be served during the reception?

Answer

We will be having heavy hors d'oeuvres, wedding cake, nonalcoholic beverages, beer, and wine.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

Let one of us know, and specifics can be listed in the RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. Beer and wine. Please tip the bar tender!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We prefer the guests to enjoy the ceremony, and experience the joy we are all feeling. There will be plenty of time to post, during the reception.

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

We plan on recording the ceremony, and will post on our socials

I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in Memphis?

Answer

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

If you choose to bring a gift to the wedding, please give to our wedding coordinator (Karen Fesmire) or wedding planner (Nicole Moore) so it will be placed in a safe location.

I took pictures during the wedding. How can I share them with the couple?

Answer

We will be providing a link/QR code to GUESTPIX, where any guest can upload images/videos from the celebration.

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

The reception will end at 9 pm, and there will be clean up following the celebration. If there is an afterparty, it will be only for close individuals.

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

Answer

All information will be posted on this wedding website, and use of Zola guest messaging with email/mobile number which you provided.
