We would love to see everyone dress up with us. This means no jeans, please! Think cocktail casual...slacks and a button down or mid-length dresses. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on a lawn, so please consider this when picking out shoes. The reception will be indoors with hardwood floors. The only request from the bride and groom: please avoid wearing navy blue and white. The color palette for the wedding features natural colors such as brown, beige, and various shades of green. We would love to see everyone dress in the wedding colors, but this is not a requirement!
Due to limited space at the venue, we ask that you only bring the number of guests allocated to you when you RSVP. For example, you will see, "and a guest," or your guest's name, when you RSVP on the website if you are allocated a plus one. You will see, "and your family," or your family member names, if you are allocated multiple guests.
Please RSVP by July 7, 2024. If you have RSVP'd and your plans change, please contact the bride or groom.
The ceremony starts at 3:00 pm MT. Please arrive no later than 2:30 pm MT. This will allow time to find parking, make the short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony area, and find a seat before the ceremony. Anyone arriving later than 2:45 pm MT will not be allowed to enter the ceremony area out of respect to the other guests. Anyone that misses the ceremony is still welcome to join us for cocktail hour and the reception!
We are asking that guests respect the unplugged ceremony. This means no pictures, videos, phone calls, texting, etc. during the ceremony. Our photographer will be working hard to capture all of the special moments, and we will share pictures with everyone as soon as they are available.
The greatest gift of all is your company on our big day! However, if you would like to gift something, we would appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon fund. The honeymoon fund can be found on the "Registry" tab of this website. There will also be a box for cards at the reception.
The venue offers free on-site parking! When you turn onto Bingham Hill Road, drive past the winery to the large parking lot for the venue's event center. If you plan to drink alcohol, please think of this before driving to the venue. There will be some designated drivers, Uber, and Lyft available, but please plan accordingly beforehand.
While we love all of your (fur) babies, we do ask that all pets stay home and only those with, "and family," or their children's names, on their RSVP page bring their children.
