What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm

Will there be a room block available?

Answer

We have secured a room block at discounted rates at the Ritz Carlton (location of the Wedding) and Westin Michigan Avenue (~5 minute walk from the Ritz). You can book directly by using the links below. There are a limited number of rooms so we encourage you to book early. What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire is black-tie. This means floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses and tuxes with neckties or bowties.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. We have a room block at the Ritz Carlton (location of ceremony and reception) and at the Westin, which is only a few blocks away

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your children, the wedding is adults only. Please contact us if you need help finding a babysitter.

Will the wedding events be impacted by the Chicago Marathon?

Answer

The Chicago Marathon will take place on Sunday, October 8th. This means the city of Chicago may be busier than usual. We encourage you to book your travel in advance and leave plenty of time to get around. If you are departing on Sunday, please allow extra time to get to the airport
