San Antonio, TX only has one airport, so there is (thankfully) little room for confusion. Airport code on tickets should be SAT.

If you call, you will need to provide them with their Budget Customer Discount (BCD) code: X597980 When you make your reservation online, be sure to use the link. If you enter the code manually by accessing the site on your own, it will not work. This link should work until Dec 23rd.

Uber or Lyft

Both of these companies can provide affordable transportation to/from the airport. To use either one, you will need to download either of the two free applications to your cell phone and use the application to hail the ride. Using one of these companies will cost between $20-$40 to/from the airport and your hotel--much cheaper than a traditional cab.

Staybridge Suites NW Near Six Flags Fiesta

This hotel has direct transportation to/from the wedding venue. We have reserved a block of rooms at this hotel between 12/28/18 - 12/31/18. Even though these dates are the ones we have specifically requested, the hotel has let us know that they will be flexible on those block rates if you wish to come early/stay late. If you would like to come early/stay late, you will need to call the Staybridge directly and speak with Samantha, as she is directly in charge of the booking rates for our event.

Things to know

-The Staybridge listed has free transportation to/from the venue, as well as free breakfasts, dinner service Monday-Thursday, and shuttle service within a 5-mile radius. -Plan to reserve your room by 12/7/2018, as this is the given cut-off date given to us by Staybridge. If there are unused rooms after this time, they will not be held any longer and will be sold off to other parties. -If Staybridge will not work for you, there are plenty of other options in the area, just search for anything near "Six Flags." KEEP IN MIND: we have not coordinated free transportation to/from the venue with any other hotels. -The rental car company listed has given us discounts for you all to use. Either click "view" to use the link or call and provide them with your discount code number. If the link is used, the discount code will automatically be applied for your rates.
