San Antonio's River Walk is probably one of the city's most famous attractions. It does not disappoint--especially in December.
The Pearl is a beautifully reinvented shopping area. It is located downtown next to the Culinary Institute and has a lot of nice restaurants and boutique shops.
Free entertainment with a little bit of driving involved. This attraction is a string of historic Spanish missions (presently used Catholic churches) from the early days of San Antonio's history. These colonial-era churches are all a little bit of a distance from each other, so be prepared to drive around with a trust-worthy map in hand. The Alamo is also included in this string of missions.
Again, free entertainment. Everyone knows the Alamo, so it is common for people to skip the mission trail with the others and go strait to the Alamo. I would suggest planning where to park before heading downtown for this!
Here is a another favorite shopping center. La Cantera is an outdoor mall with a lot of good restaurants. A plus: it is very close to the reserved hotel.
Another shopping center, a little more wide-spread than La Cantera, with a lot of great restaurant choices. This is another convenient option that is close to Staybridge.
A very conveniently located movie theater, also really close to the reserved hotel.
I have never been to Topgolf, but it is very close to the hotel and I have heard great things!
