Where to stayWhere to stay

We recommend getting into Denver Friday night or early Saturday morning. Denver International Airport is about 45 minutes away from hotels and over an hour from the venue. Rental car services can take a while due to the high-volume of travelers during early Fall in Denver so the earlier the better! For those not considering renting a car, shuttle services will start around 2pm from our hotel block to the venue. The venue is about 45 minutes into the foothills west of Denver so Uber/Lyft services may be challenging to get, especially later in the night.

This is where we will be having a hotel block with shuttle services to and from our venue. Block dates at this hotel are Thursday-Sunday (Oct 3-5) if you are planning on coming a day earlier. If you are thinking of not renting a car this would be a convenient location to stay for easy access. Shuttles will begin loading guests at 2pm and leave at 2:30pm for the venue as well as bring guests back after the event.

Expect a high of 50-60F in the afternoon and low of 20-30F at night. We highly recommend bringing a coat to the venue as the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the weather in Colorado can be unpredictable.
