The Wedding Website of Jordan McClellion and Alex Wieder
Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us.

Arianna Jacinto

Matron of Honor

Arianna and Jordan met at the bus stop in the 6th grade. Like how any great friendship starts out, theirs started out by thinking the other person hated the other one (middle school, am I right?). However, that was short-lived and they soon became inseparable. Everyday after school they would be at one of their houses where they would constantly stay up way too late on school nights talking, baking, and watching Friends. From vacations to camping trips, they were both always included in each other’s plans and over the years they have become more like family than just friends. Arianna is thrilled to take on the role as MOH as Jordan stood by Arianna's side as her MOH on her wedding day as well. If you’d like to strike up a conversation with Arianna, ask her about Jordan's amazing MOH rap.

Louis Sander

Best Man

Louis and Alex met as freshmen in DU fraternity at WSU. With a shared approach to their college lifestyle, sense of humor and interests, they started a friendship that would nearly see them nearly common law married. Growing fat then fit together, with maturing minds and outlooks on life, they've grown together through adolescence and adulthood and remain the closest of friends. If you would like to strike up a conversation with Louis, ask him about living with Alex and Ryan Schandl.

Ilima Alexander

Bridesmaid

Ilima and Jordan first met during their Freshman year of high school when they became tennis partners. They ranked the lowest on the C team that year and decided tennis wasn't for them. Flash forward to 2020, when Alex and Jordan are living together in Seattle, Ilima needed a place to stay. It was supposed to be a short term solution. Ilima ended up living with Jordan and Alex for over a year (it was the best year of all their lives TBH). Ilima and Jordan spent many nights drinking bottles of wine and cooking amazing food together, which gave Alex time to tinker with his many hobbies. If you would like to strike up a conversation with Ilima, ask about her travels and living abroad for 3 years (don't ask about tennis).

Ryan St. Laurent

Groomsman

Meeting as broody punk teenagers Ryan and Alex’s youth linked them for good. Shared attitudes, tastes in music and a touch of gaming keep them close. Living near to one another back in Issaquah conjures old memories. If you would like to strike up a conversation with Ryan, ask him about cooking (his favorite hobby).

Aubree Moon

Bridesmaid

Jordan met Aubree in the Fall of 1999, on a cold school-day morning. 8-year-old Aubree already had a best-friend, but 7-year-old Jordan sat next to Aubree on the bus and in not so many words, said “you are my best friend now.” They were inseparable for a decade. Jordan and Aubree’s childhood pastimes included playing dolls, eating ice cream and playing more dolls. They begrudgingly took up adolescent hobbies as they entered high school, mostly watching scary movies, hiding from their little sisters, and eating more gourmet ice cream. There was a Twilight phase, and light criminal activity, but for the most part, they got out of teenage years unscathed and only slightly tattooed. Jordan and Aubree’s paths forked when they both entered graduate school, but while Jordan finished, Aubree switched to raising a son. Jordan has been as sensational of an aunt as she was a Best Friend Forever. If you would like to strike up a conversation with Aubree, ask her about blackmailing Jordan for over a year as 10 year olds.

Ryan Schandl

Groomsman

Although Ryan and Alex met during high school through an obsession with modified cars, ultimately their college experience made them true friends. Taking Alex into his fraternity house family as his little “b”, he was also a mentor. As they became adults pursing careers (and partying) this mentorship in many ways continues on. If you would like to strike up a conversation with Ryan, ask him about his 3D printer or his new baby!

Laurel Goins

Bridesmaid

Jordan first met Laurel at a nightclub in 2017 while standing in line for the ladies room. The two struck up conversation and Laurel invited Jordan to join her group of friends for the night. That same night Jordan was introduced to Alex since he was friends with Laurel and her fiancé Brett - the rest is history! Laurel, Jordan and their significant others regularly get together for game nights and weekend trips to Hood Canal reminiscing where they would be if they all decided to stay in that night and not go out dancing all those years ago. If you would like to strike up a conversation with Laurel, ask her about Brett and Jordan's friendship.

Brett Tada

Groomsman

If you've ever seen Brett and Alex together in person, you know their bromance runs deep. (So deep, in fact, that Laurel tries not to be jealous.) Brett and Alex met in high-school weight training. Both being the shifty-type, they naturally trusted one another and became friends. Today they’re closest when expressing their 2a rights, dealing with their better halves, and laughing hysterically at nonsense. The wedding day wouldn't be complete without Brett's unforgettable presence. If you would like to strike up a conversation with Brett, just say: "HOG"

Katrina Graven

Bridesmaid

Katrina and Jordan were roommates in college at PLU. They bonded over their shared love for wine, shopping at Anthropologie and Nordstrom, and watching the Bachelor. A memorable moment in their relationship is when Jordan spilled red wine all over Katrina's white couch, but that's on Katrina for having a white couch in college. Jordan (a teacher), Alex, Katrina, and her husband Zach (also a teacher), have now made it a tradition to go on a weekend trip in June to kick off the start of summer break. If you want to strike up a conversation with Katrina, ask her for Portland food recommendations.

Joel Baxter

Groomsman

Alex met Joel at WSU in DU as well. Joel was an upperclassman to Alex and while they became friends at school their friendship has only grown stronger as actual grownups. They both have a love of the outdoors, strong opinions and home improvement. Joel is often referred to as “Daddy” by this circle If you would like to strike up a conversation with Joel ask him about working Washington State's Capitol or his favorite Tiki drink to make.

Alyssa Reynolds

Bridesmaid

Alyssa didn't really know what to think when she and Jordan first met.  Jordan went back to Weider's after spending the evening at the club. This was not particularly alarming, however the entire next day she slept on the couch while all of his roommates were watching football. Literally slept on the couch from 9am to 9pm. Little did Jordan and Alyssa know, they would soon become best friends who bond over shopping, Twilight, wine and most importantly, Kaia. Alyssa didn't know it then, but her life would be better forever because of their friendship. If you would like to strike up a conversation with Alyssa, ask her about how obsessed she is with Alex and Jordan's dog, Kaia.

Brian "Bubba" Noel

Groomsman

Brian, a manifestation of fun and good energy, connected with Alex at the weekly late night QFC parking lot pull ins while they sought the next good time. This relationship too has aged gracefully with tastes going from the metaphorical “40oz” to “top self”. Also Brian’s a pilot now, awesome. If you would like to strike up a conversation with Brian, ask him about flying planes and drones.

Ashley Gormley

Bridesmaid

Ashley and Jordan met when she moved to Seattle from San Diego for work. One day at work, Ashley was talking about how much she missed Mexican food. Jordan said she knew of great Mexican food and sent her to Taco Time. Little did Ashley know what she was getting herself in to. Ashley still remembers the day she left work at lunch time to go get Taco Time only to realize it was a drive thru restaurant that served tater tots and called them mexi-tots. Ashley was skeptical about Jordan’s life choices but knew they would be great friends. Cheers to the Mariners for being a taxing place to work but bringing the best of friends together. If you would like to strike up a conversation with Ashley, ask her about the time they went put put golfing together.

Jackson McClellion

Groomsman

Jackson is Alex's future brother-in-law aka Jordan's little brother. Like his sister Jordan, he is the life of the party but unlike Jordan, he sucks at board games. Jackson and Alex have bonded over snowboarding and sports, and the two are excited to officially be 'brothers'. If you would like to strike up a conversation with Jackson, ask him about studying at Mississippi State University!

Casey Whitcomb

Groomsman

Casey and Alex met when Alex moved to Issaquah in the first grade, unknowingly starting a friendship that would last a lifetime. They went to every school together, including WSU, and now chat online at work at Amazon. Casey and Alex can be found snowboarding, nerding out and enjoying cougar football Saturday together every single year. If you would like to strike up a conversation with Casey, ask him about our trip to Ibiza.

Cedar Moon

Ring Bearer

Cedar is Aubree's sweet babe. Although Cedar and Jordan are not related by blood, he still calls her his "Auntie Jo".

Kimberlee Kramer

Officiant

The first significant memory Kim has of Jordan was the day she took her and Aubree, Kim’s daughter, at the ages of 8 and 9, to the pet store. After 10 minutes of shopping, Kim was jostled from her browsing to see Jordan climbing into the top floor of a 3-foot-tall cat scratching post. As Kim watched it teeter, she sprinted across the store to save the kid from crashing to the floor (or to save the cat scratcher from its demise). Kim hardly knew what Jordan was possible of back then. As years go by, she is catching a glimpse of that possibility and it’s beyond Kim’s wildest imagination. A few years ago, Kim had the opportunity to have Jordan as her student teacher in her 4th grade classroom. She never saw that coming. It’s been a joy for Kim to watch Jordan grow up into a resourceful, thoughtful, and hardworking adult. Jordan has been Kim’s other daughter all these years. Jordan and Kim have shared in many milestones of each other’s lives over these years. Kim is honored to be part of this special day to celebrate the marriage of Jordan and Alex.

Taylor Sanders

Flower Girl

Taylor and Jordan are cousins, but they act much more like sisters to each other. If you would like to strike up a conversation with Taylor, ask her about how many times Jordan “revisits” the wine bottle at Thanksgivings.

For all the days along the way
