FAQs

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes! We believe weddings are a community event, so we're happy to have your whole family. Your invitation should reflect this, but if you have any question just ask us.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

This will be indicated on your invitation. If you have a question about it, though, just check in with Alex or Jojo.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Something you feel great in! For guidance, think cocktail party attire. We're right on the water in SoCal, so can be a fun chance to wear bright colors and beachy colors if you want.

Question

What food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

The dinner will be seated, so you will have the opportunity to pick your meal choice when you RSVP. We will have food options for all dietary needs, but if you require an accommodation you don't see, just let us know and we'll work with the venue to address that.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It should be lovely -- warm but not hot. Since we're on the ocean, it can get cool at night.

Question

Will there be parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be valet parking available, which we will host for all guests.

Question

Can I take uber or lyft?

Answer

Absolutely! Ride shares will be plentiful and easy in this area.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (on grass), and reception will be indoors (with outdoor access).

Question

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is completely accessible and all on one level with no steps.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Oh, you betcha!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a discounted hotel block reserved at Viceroy Santa Monica for your convenience. You can also stay at the Ritz where the wedding is happening. We're also happy to recommend other hotels. If you're staying elsewhere (hotel, AirBnB, VRBO, etc), Santa Monica, Venice, or Marina Del Rey, and areas near these will have the easiest access to the wedding. However, if the wedding is just one of several attractions on your agenda, it may make more sense to stay in a more central part of LA. We're happy to advise!
