How do we pay for our hotel rooms?

Answer

The cost of the hotel rooms is $300/person for the entire stay. You can pay directly to jojo in whatever way is easiest, venmo (@jojo-areizaga) or check. Please reach out to Jojo with any questions on how to pay for the accommodations.

WHERE SHOULD I FLY INTO?

Answer

Florence Airport (FLO) is the closet airport and is about 30 minutes from the Castello del Trebbio. Or you can fly in to Rome and take a 1 .5 hour train ride from Rome to Florence (Firenze Santa Maria Novella Train Station)

HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?

Answer

Castello del Trebbio will be happy to arrange pick up from and to Florence airport, Florence city, Pisa or Bologna airport. If you wish to take advantage of this service, all you have to do is to contact them, at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, with flight or train details, how many guests and one contact person including mobile number. The drivers will wait for the guests at the pick up point holding the sign “CASTELLO DEL TREBBIO” please check the TRAVEL section for more details on how to book

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Unfortunately we are extremely limited in number of guests we can host so we will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

If you are staying at Castello del Trebbio with us, check-in time is between 3:45-5:30pm on Monday January 19th

Can I bring alcohol to the venue?

Answer

YES! You can bring any beer and liquor you would like but not wine. There is wine for purchase in each villa that is from their vineyards.

What else do I need to know?

Answer

Some places in Florence do not accept credit card so plan to bring Euros with you. We recommend to getting Euros before you arrive in Italy. Bring an adapter for European outlets Bring a bathing suit! There are three pools on the property.
