Shuttle from the Laylow Hotel in Waikiki to the Wedding Venue

A shuttle will be running from the Laylow Hotel in Waikiki to and from our wedding venue on the big day! If you showed interest in your rsvp, we saved your seat! Important notes: To ensure all guests get to the wedding on time, the bus will not be waiting for those who are late. If you miss the bus, then you will need to find your own way to the wedding. Taxis and uber/lyft are available! Arrival: You should be at the hotel no later than 1:30pm in anticipation to leave by 1:45pm. Departure: The shuttle will leave the venue at the end of the night at 9:15pm. We will remind everyone at 9pm to start heading to the shuttle :)

Honolulu City Bus - TheBus

Honolulu has a decently reliable public bus system. They have 7-day and monthly passes available for purchase at 7-11, Foodland, Times Supermarket, and online at www.holocard.net. Please note that while there are routes (Routes 19 and 20) that service the airport, luggage is not allowed on board.

Travel Note

Uber & Lyft Honolulu

Uber and Lyft is in ʻOahu, however they are not always readily available and can be very pricey. Drivers may not be available late at night, so be sure to make other transportation plans if needed.

Jenna recommends Ohia Waikiki Suites for long term stays, and Oasis Hotel for long/short term stays! There are many others available :) ** We have reserved a hotel block at the Laylow in Waikiki. You may book any amount of nights within this date range: March 09, 2026 to March 17, 2026. If a considerable amount of guests opt. in to stay at the hotel, we will book a transportation shuttle for guests to the wedding and back! Please book your accommodations as early as possible, and please be aware that the final day to book through our hotel block is February 11, 2026.
