When should I RSVP by?When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Monday, September 22nd, 2025. We’ll be finalizing our guest count shortly after, so if we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll have to assume you won’t be able to make it. We hope to celebrate with you, so don’t forget to let us know!

Answer

I realize the invitation says 5:00 PM for arrivals, but after discussing with our coordinator, we’ve decided to begin the ceremony promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that all guests plan to arrive starting at 4:30 PM and no later than 4:45 PM.

We totally understand that things come up! However, our guest list is carefully planned, and we’re only able to accommodate the specific individuals listed on each invitation. We love your little ones! However, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope this can be a fun night out for you to relax and enjoy, and we so appreciate your understanding.

Question

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask that guests dress in semi-formal attire. Although most of the evening will take place inside a climate-controlled tent, the ceremony may be held by the water. We recommend bringing a coat or shawl in case it gets chilly! We also ask that you avoid wearing burgundy, as that’s the color the wedding party will be wearing.

Question

Is there a hotel room block? Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Baltimore BWI. Guests staying Friday night within the block will have access to a shuttle service to and from the wedding and reception, making everything easy and stress-free. (They also provide a free shuttle to and from BWI airport). The rate is $157 per night for those staying both Thursday and Friday, and $179 for guests staying Friday night only. You're welcome to book outside of the block or at a different hotel, but please note that the wedding day shuttle is only available to guests who book within the room block at the Fairfield. The direct link to book through the hotel block can be found under the Travel section on this website. There are also plenty of great hotels and Airbnbs in the Baltimore area if you'd like to explore other options!

Answer

After the reception, we’ll all head back to the hotel first. The after-party location is just about 10 minutes from there, so we’ll be relying on Ubers and Lyfts to get to and from the venue. Feel free to join the fun if you're up for it!
