We have decided to start our ceremony promptly at 5PM, we are asking that all guests plan to arrive starting at 4:30 and no later than 4:45PM. Our Menu: Chopped Caesar Salad Tossed with Fabulous Caesar Dressing, Crispy Croutons, Grated Parmesan Cheese Pecan Crusted Chicken Breast Offered with Bourbon Pan Jus AND Sliced Beef Tenderloin with Wild Mushroom Sauce Accompanied by Red-Skin Roasted Potatoes Tossed with Garlic, Rosemary and Olive Oil Bundles of Asparagus in Yellow Squash Rings And for Dessert: Assorted Classic Pies Apple Pie, Bavarian Cream Pie, Pecan Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie, Key Lime Pie and Chocolate Mousse Pie

This is not a formal event, it is a night club featuring live country and rock bands that we plan to just show up at to continue dancing and celebrating. They do have a $10 entry fee but I am planning on bringing cash to cover our guests that would like to attend!
