Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones but no kids are invited to the wedding. If you are wanting to attend and need to bring your kids we have some babysitting recommendations from our local wedding planner that we are happy to pass on, just let us know how we can help!

Is there a rehearsal dinner?

We are having a private rehearsal dinner with immediate family and wedding party!

What is the weather in November in Buena Vista, CO?

Answer

The average temperature is high of 49 degrees and low of 19 degrees but it really does vary! We recommend looking up the weather about 1-2 weeks before the wedding to get the best idea. There is a chance for beautiful sun and highs of 60 degrees or potentially light snow and quite cold! Be prepared!

What time does the ceremony start?

Our ceremony will start at 4pm on Nov. 6th 2022. We are asking that guests arrive at 3:45 pm so we can start on time.

What is the attire for the Saturday night welcome party?

Answer

Casual! This is a mountain town in November, so expect cold nights and casually dressed locals. Boots, jeans, layers, flannels, etc! The welcome party is not dressy at all.

Has The Lariat booked a band for Saturday night?

Answer

YES! Our welcome/cocktail party is at a well known BV concert venue called The Lariat. They have food, drinks and bands booked almost every weekend. Because they did book an act that Saturday, after 8:30pm they will require a $10 cover in order to stay and watch the band preform.
