FAQs

Question

When to RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 12th, 2026. We’d love to hear from you as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly for all our guests. If we don’t hear back by the deadline, we’ll have to assume you can’t make it (and we’ll miss you on the dance floor!)

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space, we can only host a set number of guests. Please check your RSVP to see who’s included on your invitation, and we kindly ask that you stick to that. If you’re unsure or have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out; we’re happy to help!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Similar to our “plus one” policy, we can only host a set number of guests, so please check your RSVP/invitation to see who’s included. We know families are always growing and changing, so we’re happy to be flexible; just reach out. If you do bring your children please keep them under your close supervision, as our venue is near a fast river.

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Our dress code is "Montana Best". Aim for a look that's polished yet relaxed: nice jeans are welcome, and while western boots complement the vibe, they're not mandatory. Ladies can choose from dresses, skirts, or dressy tops with versatile layers. Since our ceremony is outdoor, we recommend avoiding stilettos in favor of flats, wedges, or boots that will keep you comfortable on the terrain. With our September celebration moving between indoor and outdoor spaces, and temperatures shifting from warm days to cooler evenings, layering is key. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel confident and like your best self!

Question

Will there be a place to park? Or shuttle?

Answer

Yes, there will be on-site parking! To keep things easy (and less crowded), we encourage carpooling if you can! As much as we’d love to offer a shuttle, it’s just not possible at our location. With that in mind, please plan ahead for a safe and sober ride home. We want everyone to get back comfortably after celebrating with us!

Question

Are photos allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

Our wish is for everyone to be present and fully enjoy this special moment with us, so we are having an “unplugged” ceremony. Please feel free to take photos before and after the ceremony, but we kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will be capturing every moment, and we’ll be happy to share the photos with you afterward. If there’s a special moment you’d like to have forever, please ask us!

Question

Whats on the Menu?

Answer

We’ll be serving up a classic Montana BBQ! For our vegetarian friends and family, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with sides like salad, macaroni, cornbread, and more.

Question

What about Drinks?

Answer

We’ll have beer, seltzers, and wine flowing, plus a couple of special “bride and groom” signature cocktails for a limited time. We will have some N/A options as well!

Question

When does the reception end?

Answer

Our evening will start winding down around 11:30 PM, and we ask that all guests have a safe/sober ride home by 12:00 AM at the latest. We want everyone to enjoy the celebration and get home safely!
