“Fort Zach” is incredible. The views and the history definitely make it worth visiting. After the tour you can walk along the beach (there’s a beach bar cabana with drinks and food as well!)
Our favorite rum is distilled on Key West. The tour is excellent! There is a fee to join a tour but you’ll get plenty of free samples!
The Conch Train is one of the best ways to see the island! You can also get a day pass and use it as transportation for the day.
The wedding venue! Also the former home of Ernest Hemingway and the current home to over 50 cats (many of whom have 6 toes!). The museum tour is excellent... the museum will not be open during the wedding so if you want to see inside plan to attend a tour!
Awesome happy hour! Also home of the Frozen Irish Coffee (add Oreos on top!). Excellent bar food as well open late.... don’t be surprised if the post-reception bar crawl ends up here!
Incredible craft cocktails! Primarily indoors so great for a cloudy or rainy day (still worth a quick stop if it’s sunny)
The best place on the island to sit outside and listen to music with a cold beer! Incredibly relaxed environment. Garbos food truck is behind the bar... incredible burgers and tacos, once featured on Diners Drive Inns and Dives.
The epitome of Key West in a bar. Usually full of locals, it’s got the cheapest beer on the island and some of the best (and loudest) music.
Formerly known as The Porch, one of the first stops for us at every Key West trip. Located in a stunning mansion on the corner of Duvall. Also the location where Hannah’s brother Nick accidentally shattered the last original window in the building.
One of Alexs favorite! Their lobster roll was featured on Diners, Drive-Inns and Dives... it’s also directly across the street from 22s - one of our favorite bars.... grab a roll to go or sit at the picnic tables behind the food truck.
The location of the famous Key West buoy, the name speaks for itself. A great picture spot but go early in the day, there’s always a line!
Incredible seafood spot! Better for smaller groups
