Alex & Forrest

Wedding Party

Meet the people we can't imagine saying "I do" without!

Bridget Courtney

Maid of Honor

How we met: Alex and I met in preschool in the Toucan Room and have been best friends ever since! Favorite memory: One of my favorite ones was when Alex and I were little, her grandparents had a wedding anniversary party. We both had gone through some of her grandmother's old wedding clothes and boxes and played pretend bride and groom! Our parents took tons of pictures, and I just remember having the best time! Most excited about: Watching Alex walk down the aisle and marry the love of her life! Also, of course, dancing with everyone while drinking some wine and eating delicious cake!

Tommy Prassas

Best Man

How we met: Forrest and I met in kindergarten. I specifically remember seeing his perfectly symmetrical bowl cut and thinking, "that's some best friend material right there!" Favorite memory: My best memory with Forrest would definitely be the time we went mountain biking after heavy rain. Genius idea if you ask me, but for some reason, we both thought we were X-Games material. Somehow we both made it down that mountain alive. Most excited for: What I'm most excited for is the wedding ceremony. I know it's going to be one of the happiest moments in their lives and I'm pretty stoked to see it!

Kristen Bignal

Bridesmaid

How we met: OT school interview! We walked in at the same time, interviewed together, and then Alex drove me back to my hotel! Exchanged numbers and became roomies :). Favorite memory: The absolute best time at the Safari Park with Alex & Forrest, Ken & Julie, and my boyfriend, Joe. Shoutout to Ken for the biggest beer I've ever had!! A day I'll remember forever. Most excited about: The bachelorette party!! And seeing Alex walk down the aisle to meet Forrest at the altar.

Joseph Chung

Groomsman

How we met: Forrest and I met on the first day of campus orientation. My goal that day was to find our cohort's outcast and fool him over the years to think that we're good friends so maybe one day he'll make me a groomsman at his wedding. Success. Favorite memory: We played in a golf scramble tournament in San Diego. Forrest got completely hammered and couldn't keep his hat on straight and peed on every tee box on the back nine. Most excited for: I'm most excited to see my two favorite people start their new life together.

Amber McCallum

Bridesmaid

How we met: Disneyland!!! I met Forrest at school and then we all went together and had a great time. Favorite memory: Killing it at trivia together and weekly Wednesday night dinners together. Most excited about: Getting down on the dance floor.

Niko Gonzalez

Groomsman

How we met: I met Forrest at lunch one day. He rudely interrupted my conversation I was having with some other people because he heard me talking about golf. Then he asked to sit with us because he was a loner and the next thing you know, we ate lunch together for the next couple of years and created a lifelong friendship. Favorite memory: The one time I've actually beaten Forrest in golf when he played bad. Most excited for: Celebrating this special day with two of my favorite people that get to begin their lifelong journey together.

Haley West

Bridesmaid

How we met: Being cousins, we met the day I was born, and I wouldn't want it any other way!! Alex will always be the closest thing I have to a sister! Favorite memory: We have too many memories to count, but one of my favorite memories of Alex and me is when she came to visit me at college for "parents weekend," and I got to show her the southern lifestyle she never had! She was the fun mom for sure!! Most excited about: I can't wait to meet all of Alex and Forrest's closest friends, and I can't wait to celebrate the best way we know how!

Adam Greenberg

Groomsman

How we met: I met Forrest on the first day of class. I walked to the anatomy lab & everyone gathered at the door. I saw Forrest looking like an abandoned delivery boy separated from its family. His eyes were full of fear, suffering from malnourishment; his legs were weak & trembling. I knew I had to shape him into a full-grown man with a respectable beard. I wasn’t sure I was ready to be a father, but this was no time for insecurities. I've taught Forrest everything he needs to know to be successful in life: how to grill a steak, pour a beer, stream free TV...the basics Favorite memory: Going to Alex’s parents' house for unlimited brisket & beers. Best day of my life Most excited about: A bet I have with fellow groomsmen. I bet $100 that Forrest will start crying at the altar before Alex
