Flight
Austin-Bergstrom is our airport, and it's about a 15-30 minute drive from the airport to different areas of the city (depending on traffic and location). If you will be catching a rideshare to your hotel/AirBnB, you'll follow the maze signs through the parking garage to find the right pickup spot (it can be a bit confusing). I'd suggest finding the pickup spot first before ordering your ride.

This location is very close to where we will be holding our welcome event. East Austin has lots of fun bars, restaurants, and venues!

The hotel has requested that all reservations be made prior to October 8, 2025. The Hampton Inn & Suites is located close to UT Austin, the capitol, and several museums. This hotel is slightly outside of the busiest parts of downtown Austin.

This hotel is also right next to Rainey Street (a very popular street with lots of bars) and is right on the edge of all the downtown Austin wildness.

Rental Car
If you plan on renting a car, we'd suggest renting from one of the many companies at the airport when you arrive. If you are planning to rent a car after you have attended the wedding for further travel, Enterprise has locations all over the city. This location is the closest to all of the hotels where we have blocks!
