Kandyce and I go way back to elementary school. We first meet at the Lavista Crossing Apartments (we both lived there) year was 1999. We became friends instantly and sisters not long after that. Outside was definitely where we spent most of our time, "Speed bump to speed bump" her mom use to tell us.

Bang and I met through a mutual friend 16 years ago, when my family and I moved to Atlanta. From the day we met he's been that someone that I looked up to, respected and learned from as I was transitioning from a boy to a man. He has been there for me through many things in life and has always been there for me to rely on for help and advice. My best memories have been when I was doing something crazy with him, so I cannot do something crazy, like get married, without having him by my side.

Mariela lived in the same building as me in the Lavista Crossing Apartments. She and I went to the same elementary school, even had the same classes for awhile. We shared many same likes and dislikes growing up. Card games or any games has always been our thing. We were very competitive...It brought the best out of us.
David Southin
Groomsman
A few years ago, I was playing for the Lamplighters hockey team when David joined the team. In his first game, he scored a hat trick which helped our team get it's first win of the season. I was inspired by his sweet hockey skills and we quickly became friends. David is a great friend, father, husband and person. I really enjoy having good conversation and a beer with him. I think, we'll be friends for a long time.

Jacqueline is not just a bridesmaid in our wedding, she is my sister in law, and soon will be Alex's sister in law too. I finally have a sister!!! (Thanks Ivan)

Ivan is my future brother-in-law. He and Jacqueline are also newly-weds in the family and they are very happy for us to join them being newly-weds and for me to be part of the family. Just like me, he's into competing and playing various sports. Before I knew him, he used to play football and wrestle in high-school and college. Today, he coaches people how to be in their best physical shape of their lives, at his own Cross Fit Gym. I'm honored for him to stand by my side on this special day in his sisters and my life. Thanks man!
