When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking guests to arrive by 3:00 PM to allow time for parking, grabbing the shuttle to the ceremony location, greeting friends, and finding your seat before the festivities begin at 4:000 PM.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please include any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We’ll make sure the catering team takes great care of you. 🥗

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for guests to dress in elevated cocktail attire—think summer suits, midi dresses, and fun, festive touches. Keep in mind that we’ll be celebrating on a golf course, so heels that sink into grass are not your friend! Wedges or block heels are perfect for the setting.

What’s the weather like in Flagstaff in June?

Answer

Flagstaff summers are gorgeous—warm days and cool evenings. Expect daytime temps in the 70s–80s and evenings that can dip into the 50s. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap, especially for our outdoor festivities.

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors overlooking the pines. Dinner and dancing will follow at the Forest Highlands Canyon clubhouse.

Can I wear heels?

Answer

You can, but we don’t recommend stilettos. Some portions of the day will be on grass—so block heels, wedges, or flats will be your best bet for comfort (and style).
