Cocktail Hour

Dinner and Toasts

This is a time to say a few words and enjoy amazing food and drinks. The menu options are as follows: #1. Basil Pistou Chicken - fresh airline chicken breast grilled with a basil pistou with aligot mashed pommes and jumbo Hadley asparagus #2. New York Mignon - herb encrusted new york mignon topped with a mushroom bordelaise with aligot mashed pommes and jumbo Hadley asparagus #3. Vegetable Mushroom Risotto - mushroom risotto topped with roasted seasonal vegetables
