Parking

Answer

Parking is limited to 2 parking lots by the tunnel entrance to the park. There is overflow parking in the public and neighbourhood area around the corner and up the hill from the event space. If you need wheelchair/walker access, we recommend parking in the lower parking lot where there is a 2-tunnel entrance. This will lead you straight to the ceremony space. Recommend: carpooling, Uber/Lyft.

Alongside the lower parking lot that leads right to the ceremony, staff will be on-site to take anyone with limited mobility up the hill in a golf cart to the Lodge for the reception.

What's to be expected upon arrival?

Answer

The ceremony is down by the riverside. Chairs will be set up and on grass (watch out, stilettos!) Arrive, introduce yourself, mingle with guests, find your seats. Food and drink will be served after! There will be a Feather and Fin fair finishing up at 3pm, so if you've like to come even earlier for that, by all means. Just disregard the man behind the curtain!

Ceremony: - Make sure it's on silent! - Professional videographer and photogrpaher will be on site, so sit back and enjoy the moment! Reception: - Please use the disposable cameras provided at each seat! We'd love to make a photo album - Use your phone to take any photos/videos you like. Only request is that you send to the bride afterwards!
