ARRIVE - 3:30pm
Join us by the water for mingling before the ceremony.
CEREMONY – 4:00 PM
Our vows will take place outdoors by the river (weather permitting).
RECEPTION – 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
A cozy lodge celebration with a cocktail hour, sit-down dinner, cake, and plenty of dancing.
ATTIRE: Semi-formal with a touch of autumn coziness.
The ceremony will be outdoors by the river, so bring a warm layer for the crisp October air.
The reception will be inside the lodge, which can get toasty once the dancing starts — so plan for layers you can remove comfortably.
PARKING: Free parking available at the Hubbard Park Lodge lot and nearby street parking. Those with limited mobility, continue driving past the first lot and park in the second lot with the two tunnels. This gets you closer to the ceremony area.

Wander down to the riverside, mingle with fellow guests, soak in the autumn air, and find your seat for the story’s beginning. Author’s note: there will be a Fish & Feather Festival ending at 3pm that might slightly delay our 4pm start time but if so, not by much, and what a beautiful park to hang out in anyways!
