Alex and Rebecca met back when they were kids playing softball, however, they played on opposite teams for most of the time. They also worked at the same hockey rink through their high school years and that's when they became close. Rebecca is a great listener, great jokester and is the one person Alex feels like she can act dumb with! Alex can always count on Rebecca for anything! Alex and Rebecca text all day long and even annoy their significant others with how close they are. Alex often catches Darnell saying "Are you going to send that to Rebecca?" when taking pictures of her food or "Let me guess, you need to ask Rebecca her opinion first" when making decisions.
Harlan Holmes

Harlan and Darnell met in the womb and have been inseparable ever since. Harlan is not to be mistaken for the oldest twin, being born just after Darnell. Growing up, they loved to skateboard and snowboard together with their younger brother, Cole. Harlan is most likely to be the one to get the party started and to keep it going!

Jaden and Alex met through their fiancés. She is Alex's future sister in law and one of her really good friends. Jaden is a safe place for Alex to vent and let her feelings out. Not only is Jaden a great listener, but she is very good at putting herself into other peoples shoes and understanding how they can feel and is really good at giving advice. Jaden always has Alex's back in an instant without a single thought! She isn't afraid to speak up about how she feels and that's what is greatly loved about her! Darnell and Alex are so grateful to call her family!

Cole is Darnell's younger brother and best friend! Growing up, they love to skateboard and snowboard together with their brother, Harlan. If you are lucky enough to know Cole, you will know him for his troll like sense of humor. It is never a dull moment with this guy!

Marissa aka Turtle, is Alex's cousin by blood and best friend by choice! They spent their entire childhoods being inseparable. Growing up, they could easily spend 6 plus hours on the phone together and would spend everyday together if they could. Alex and Marissa had many fun nights of dressing up, putting on makeup and taking selfies. They also had tons of fun putting together dance routines (Let's face it, they probably looked ridiculous). It was never a dull moment when they were together! Fought like sisters and loved each other endlessly! Alex will never stop renaming Marissa's pets. PS. Kyle is Darnell's soon to be brother in law and Alex's older brother. Kyle made Darnell feel like part of the family from the very beginning and they get along very well! Kyle is a genuinely giving person and never expects anything in return from anyone. He is an all around fun guy to be with.

Ava is Darnell and Alex's beautiful daughter. She has such a fun personality and always keeps her parents entertained. When you are with her you can't help but to smile and laugh! Her happiness and laughter is just so contagious!
