Denver International Airport

The closest airport is Denver (DIA). Estes Park is about 1.5 hours northwest of the airport, with plenty of places to stop and sight see along the way. Be aware that the best time to fly into Colorado is in the morning or evening, due to regular thunderstorms in the afternoon that may cause delays!

Transportation

We suggest getting a rental car (and carpooling) up to Estes Park. There will not be a shuttle provided to and from the venue, which is about six miles up the valley away from the city. The Estes Park Shuttle is available for set departure times (daily) from DIA with drop-offs at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park. The cost is roughly $135 round trip ($75 one way).

We wish we could have everyone stay at The Ranch, but unfortunately we are constrained on space! We will reach out directly if we're able to accommodate you on the property. There are a lot of beautiful AirBnB rentals in Estes Park, along with hotels. Boulder or Fort Collins are a short 1-hour drive away and have many great hotel options as well. If you want a true Estes experience, consider staying at the Stanley Hotel! Parking at the H-Bar-G Ranch

Parking will be provided at the Ranch, but please consider carpooling and assigning a designated driver. Attendants will direct parking before the ceremony, with a short walk downhill to the celebration. For those with limited mobility, please reach out for accessible parking. Please wear shoes that are comfortable for uneven, outdoor terrain. Please note there is NO SMOKING anywhere near the property, including in the parking areas, due to wildfire concerns.
