Please RSVP by June 1st. That will give us time to follow up! Anyone who has not replied to follow up calls, texts, or emails by June 15th will have to be marked as RSVP declined. Due to meal and space planning needs, we need to have our headcount reported by these dates. The RSVP feature will be turned off after June 1st, at which time your only method of RSVP is to contact Alex at 856-340-1262.
If you disclose an allergy or dietary preference on your RSVP, it will be noted to the venue. They are experienced at accommodating allergies, gluten free, and vegan/vegetarian options.
Please include this in your RSVP. We currently anticipate accommodating vegan and gluten free diets, and will have dishes labelled accordingly.
Please check your RSVP link for a plus one! We did not have room on the envelopes to include all invitees, but they will be listed under the RSVP portal. Enter your name, and if a plus one has been allotted, you should have a space to enter their name and meal choice. Name changes can be made after the RSVP date, however, due to headcounts needed for catering, we cannot add guests after the final RSVP date.
Unless you have +1, please be mindful of how many people are included in your party in the RSVP portal. Please do not bring extra guests that are not listed there as there will not be accommodations prepared for them, and no one likes to be left out! If you have a +1, please give us the name of your guest at the time of your RSVP.
As much as we love your little ones, we will generally not be including them in the reception. We have set an age limit of 13 years old or older. Please reach out if you have questions!
Check the Travel tab for some suggestions on where to stay! An AirBnB search has been saved, as have several hotels with varying price ranges. We will also be making a hotel block for out of town guests. It will be listed first in the Travel tab, and there will be a discount code listed. Please be sure to use this code when booking your reservation.
Please arrive between 3-3:15 pm. This will give you time to park, socialize, and settle in before the ceremony begins.
There is a large parking lot at the venue, fully paved. Feel free to grab an appropriate spot!
Nope! Parking is free, and there is enough room for about 100 cars!
Our dress code is Semi-Formal! We are excited to see everyone dressed to the nines!
Please do not wear sneakers! This will be a formal event.
Our colors will be ivory and purple, Andy's favorite color! But feel free to wear whatever shade you enjoy, except, perhaps, white...
Please don't wear solid white or ivory.
Given that we will be marrying in July, you can expect that the weather will be warm, and possibly very humid. While we are hoping for outdoor ceremony, if the temperature climbs much over 80, we will be moving indoors.
The wedding will be indoors due to the expectation for July heat and humidity. There is no smoking or vaping permitted inside, and there is a smoking area located outside for those that may need it. Please be aware that the venue has a no tolerance policy for illicit substances at the wedding. If you plan on using something recreational, it is recommended that you consume this prior to arrival.
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
We will be having a cocktail hour in the lobby, with drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and more!
We will be having a cocktail hour followed by a sit down dinner.
There will be a one hour cocktail hour with open bar following the ceremony. There will be 10 butlered hor d'oeuvres and two appetizer stations. There will be two signature cocktails as well! For dinner, there will be a seated dinner. You will choose your entree, which will come with three sides. There will be an open bar in the ballroom as well.
We will not. All decor is owned by the venue. Please ensure you do not take anything with you as we will be billed for the replacement cost.
Absolutely!! Dust off your moves for wedding classics, as well as some songs special to the Bride and Groom! In fact, check your RSVP, and feel free to send us a song request to play!
The reception will end at 9 pm.
There is Wifi at the venue, as well as exceptional cell service!
Absolutely! Have fun! If you can remember with all the dancing!!
Yes! Due to being together, we have little need for the traditional registry items, and are instead asking for gifts that help with date nights as a couple, or our honeymoon. Please check the registry part of the site for ideas.
