If you desire to wear traditional Punjabi clothes for the wedding ceremony, I have added some links to clothing websites below where you can purchase some outfits. The main Punjabi outfits include the Salwar Kameez, which is a long tunic with pants underneath. The wedding ceremony involves a lot of sitting on the ground, standing, bowing, and other motions. Punjabi attire is designed to allow free movement while staying covered. You can also wear a lehenga, which is a blouse with a long skirt. For any of these websites, make sure you get your measurements taken since most Punjabi garments are made to order. Do keep in mind that the wedding venue is outdoors; please wear comfortable shoes.
