When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you know if you can make it or not! The sooner the better :) RSVPs are due by July 31st, 2025

Respectfully, no kids allowed.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have shuttle services running to and from the ceremony from the Best Western- Heber Valley, however Ubers can be extremely limited so if you want to explore the area a rental car is highly recommended. You MUST have AWD or chains to enter the road up to the wedding. You will not be allowed in without AWD or chains. Shuttle will pick up before the ceremony at 2:30pm and drop off back to the hotel at 9:30 and 10:30pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue. If you have a car for the weekend we suggest taking the shuttles provided to and from the wedding from the Best Wester- Heber Valley or carpool due to limited parking capacity. Reach out to Alix with any questions on parking availability 586-839-9869. This is a mountain road up to the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Food will be buffet styles with plenty of options for all dietary restrictions. Late night snacks will also be provided!

What is the Attire?

Answer

Attire: Mountain Formal Think classic wedding wear with a mountain twist. Suits, dresses, and dressy outfits work great, and patterns, florals, and earthy tones will look right at home in the October setting. Hats and boots are welcome too if that’s your vibe. A few notes: No shorts No sandals Western accents (bolo ties, suspenders, cowboy hats, boots) are fair game In short—dress it up, but feel free to bring a little rustic flair.
