3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Mountain Formal (Outdoor Ceremony)

Please make arrangements to arrive by 3pm and kindly find your seat for the ceremony by 3:15. Ceremony to start promptly at 3:30pm. There will be refreshments beforehand. Cocktail hour to follow. Shuttle service to and from the venue will be provided from the Best Western - Heber City. Reminder Ubers/Taxis may be extremely limited. *AWD or chains required for any vehicle entering the community.* Must checkin with gate attendant to enter. Map/directions provided by gate attendant. Wedding is Mountain Formal attire. October can be chilly up in the mountains so please plan accordingly! Cocktail hour and reception are indoors. We love your little ones, but we kindly request an adults only ceremony.

Happily Ever After-Party (BBQ+ Pool)

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Casual Attire

Join us for a recovery day post wedding and enjoy the pool, game room, hot tub, basketball court, hikes on the property, volleyball etc! We will grill out and provide food! If you want something to drink for the after party please BYOB.
