Please join us in formal attire (black-tie optional). We kindly ask that men wear a suit and tie, and women wear a midi or tea-length dress. Floor-length gowns and tuxedos are absolutely welcome!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow time for traffic, parking, and getting settled before the celebration begins. Hotel check-ins are typically between 2:00 and 3:00 PM. Since our wedding is on a Friday and many guests may be coming directly from work, we sincerely appreciate you spending your Friday evening with us. Just be sure to give yourself plenty of time to get ready—and get ready to dance the night away!
If you’re attending the wedding but not staying at the hotel, valet parking is available at The Bellevue for your convenience. If you prefer to park yourself, here are a few nearby options: Juniper and Locust Parking Garage: Located just off Broad Street on Locust, look for the green sign directing you to the garage. It accepts card payments and stays open throughout the night. Parking typically costs between $35 and $38. EZ Parking Lot: Further down Locust, you’ll find an open parking lot that’s more budget-friendly but tends to fill up quickly. Parking here usually runs around $28 to $30. Latimer Garage: Although a bit farther from the venue, Latimer Garage is open 24/7 and offers some cost savings, with rates generally between $22 and $25. Please note, this garage only accepts cash.
Yes! Our venue is happy to accommodate all dietary restrictions and needs. Please simply inform your server when ordering dinner—there’s no need to notify us in advance. Vegan and gluten-free options will be available. When you RSVP, we won’t be collecting your meal preferences. Instead, we’ll ask you about your food choice at the wedding.
We’re having a small, intimate wedding with our closest loved ones. As such, we’re only able to accommodate the guests who are formally listed on the invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear on your invitation and will be included under your name when you RSVP. Thank you so much for your understanding and support!

As much as we adore children, we kindly ask that only children who have been formally invited join us for the wedding
