When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as early as possible. RSVPs are needed by October 11th 2018.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2 pm at the Overlook Lodge (where the reception is also held). Please plan to arrive a little early to avoid any disruption.

Can you accommodate any special dietary needs?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know as early as possible, so we can make arrangements with the kitchen. Glatt kosher meals are available upon request.

Question

If I have rented a room at the Overlook Lodge, how can I check in?

Answer

Because check-in is usually at 3 pm at the Bear Mountain Inn (a separate building), we have made arrangements with staff to allow guests staying at the Overlook Lodge to pick up their keys during cocktail hour at Overlook Lodge. Please make sure you have a credit card on file in advance by calling the Inn or stopping by before the ceremony.

Is the Overlook Lodge handicap accessible?

Answer

There are some stairs that lead down from the lobby to the reception area. Alternatively, there is a service entrance that can be used -- just let us know! There is a ramp that leads from the reception area to the ceremony patio.
