Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Alex Clarke and Adan Jimenez
We’re so excited to share a list of our favorite places in northern NM. We hope you relax, explore and have an amazing trip full of memories!

Taos Mesa Brewing

20 ABC Mesa Road, El Prado, NM 87529
, (575) 758-1900

Our favorite taproom in Taos. There's also a location in town, but this one is the classic :)

Rio Grande Gorge Bridge

Taos, NM 87571

It's really pretty. Stop and take pictures or take in the view.

Sabroso

470 New Mexico 150, Arroyo Seco, NM 87514
, (575) 776-3333

Stop by the bar or patio for their calamari and truffle fries.

Medley.

100 New Mexico 150, El Prado, NM 87529
, (575) 776-8787

The location of our welcome reception and one of our favorite patios and bars in Taos. Get the steak tartare and chili cheese fries!

Taos Cow

485 New Mexico 150, Arroyo Seco, NM 87514
, (575) 776-5640

AMAZING breakfast burritos and ice cream. The little village of Arroyo Seco is near and dear to our hearts. Shop at the local mercantile and pottery shop afterwards.

Taos Diner II

216 Paseo Del Pueblo Sur, Taos, NM 87571
, (575) 751-1989

Our second favorite place for breakfast or lunch just behind the Taos Cow. In our opinion it's better than Michael's Kitchen :)

Parcht

103 East Plaza, Taos, NM 87571
, (575) 758-1994

A great place to stop and hang out if visitng the plaza. Wine, charcuterie boards and small bites.

The Blake at Taos Ski Valley

116 Sutton Place, Taos Ski Valley, NM 87525
, (888) 569-1756

If you want to visit the ski valley we recommend the pizzas and roasted brussel sprouts at their restaurant, 192.

Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs

Ojo Caliente, NM 87549

If you're coming for a longer stay we highly recommend a day trip to Ojo Caliente. The various mineral pools are fantastic and the reflexology massage can't be beat.

New Mexico River Adventures

2217 NM-68, Embudo, NM 87531

Summer in New Mexico is the perfect time to go white water rafting!

El Parasol

603 Santa Cruz Road, Española, NM 87532
, (505) 753-8852

Located in the Ohkay Convenience Store this our favorite place to stop for Mexican food on the drive from Albuquerque to Taos.

Meow Wolf

1352 Rufina Circle, Santa Fe, NM 87507
, (505) 395-6369

An immersive art experience that's becoming pretty darn popular. Worth a stop if you're spending a day in Santa Fe.

Georgia O'Keeffe Museum

217 Johnson Street, Santa Fe, NM 87501
, (505) 946-1000

A museum dedicated to the art of Georgia O'Keefe. Another solid stop if spending time in Santa Fe.

Cafe Pasqual's

121 Don Gaspar Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501
, (505) 983-9340

Our absolute favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. We recommend eating at the community table to have an authentic Santa Fe experience :)

Marble Brewery

111 Marble Avenue Northwest, Albuquerque, NM 87102
, (505) 243-2739

Where Alex and Adan met seven years ago. They often have food trucks and always have delicious beer.

For all the days along the way
