Find the hotel Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar with the dates you wish to book and the number of adults. Click on Book Now. 2- Register a My Bahia Principe account. 3- You may choose your room category. When you book, you must choose the 100% Flexible Rate only so that you can apply the group discount in the box on the next page. 4- Next, find the option that asks for a discount code. When validating the code, 82541, the system will adjust the total, giving you the discount of the agreed rate for our group. You will have 2 options for payment: pay 100% of the reservation or make a deposit of 20%. 5- The system will immediately generate a confirmation number and will send you an email record. All reservations have to be made and paid directly to the USA Groups department 30 days before the arrival at the Hotel. Reservations made through a third party or directly at the Hotel are not considered part of the group and courtesies or group benefits will not apply. Transportation service is NOT included. People can buy this service online at least 1 week before the trip.
