Our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue. Shady Elms Farm: 50 Caldwell Road, Hickory, PA 15340

Where the heck do I park?

Answer

There is a large parking lot across the street where you can park your vehicles. There is a small hill to walk from the parking lot to the venue. Should a guest need to be dropped off closer to the venue, he/she may be dropped off next to the barn. There are handicap spots available. Please contact Lexi for further information.

What the heck do I wear?

Answer

We’re asking guests to wear cocktail attire with Western-inspired elements. For women, think cocktail dresses (lace welcome!), dressy boots, turquoise jewelry, or leather accents. For men, suits or sport coats paired with boots, bolo ties, statement belts, or Western details. We want it to feel elevated, stylish, and fun. Not costume-y, just Western-inspired.

When the heck should I arrive?

We ask guests to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the wedding.

How the heck do I make this wedding tolerable?

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome to attend. However, the celebration is designed with adults in mind, and there will be limited activities for kids. We hope parents will enjoy a relaxing evening out!
