While Manny's time in Cedar City, Utah, was coming to a close, Alexa's time had just begun. We swiped right and ended up finding love in a Mexican restaurant. From there, we spent practically every minute of the following two months together

Manny moved back to Salem, Oregon in April of 2021 while Alexa stayed in Cedar City to finish the rest of her bachelor's degree. We agreed that we owed it to each other to give this distance thing a shot, even if it was hard, so we made a plan to meet up once a month on a rotating basis between Utah, Oregon, and somewhere new. This led to so many awesome adventures in places like Montana, Disneyland, Seattle, Denver, Las Vegas, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Ireland, and Amsterdam!

Manny took Alexa to the Cliffs of Moher overlooking the North Atlantic Ocean on the western side of Ireland for the proposal of our dreams. We spent a few more days in Dublin exploring museums and pub food before heading over to Amsterdam. There we toured the neighboring villages and dams and dove into the rich history. Alexa proposed back to Manny in a riverside restaurant, and off we went on the journey we're excited to celebrate with you!
