Formal Attire - Sophisticated sundress or formal dress for ladies and button up shirt with shorts or pants for gentlemen. It will be hot at the end of June and there is no shade or A/C during the ceremony. Handheld fans will be provided to keep you cool while you wait.
We kindly request that you arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony's 12 pm start time. Please note that late arrivals will not be permitted to be seated once the ceremony begins. Our talented violinist will begin playing at 11:40, so we encourage you to arrive early and enjoy the beautiful music. During the ceremony, we ask that you silence your phones and refrain from taking photos. This will ensure an uninterrupted and intimate experience for us and our professional photographers and videographers. Once we are pronounced husband and wife and the petal toss is complete, feel free to capture and share the moment with your own photos.
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
Please only eat from the charcuterie during cocktail hour. An announcement will be made when lunch is served. You will be called by table to get your plate. The drinks and charcuterie are self serve during cocktail hour. You do not need your plate for the charcuterie there is cups by the trays for your treats. You will need your blue cup if you would like refreshments. Please save the clear champagne flute for our toast after the cake cutting.
2:00 pm - 2:50 pm

There will be a delicious buffet-style lunch with BBQ boneless chicken breast, pit beef, and pulled pork, accompanied by fresh green beans with bacon, baby carrots with a brown sugar glaze, creamy mashed potatoes, rich gravy, and warm dinner rolls. There will also be a salad option with different dressings.
