Our story began in 2019, not in a crowded room or through mutual friends, but online—while playing video games. What started as casual conversations between teammates quickly turned into late-night talks, laughter, and a friendship neither of us expected. Even with miles between us, the connection was undeniable. Jacob was in Minnesota, and I was in Maryland, but distance never stood a chance against what we were building. With courage, faith, and a whole lot of love, Jacob made the life-changing move from Saint Paul, MN to Baltimore, MD—choosing us and the future we dreamed of together. From that leap of faith, our family grew in the most beautiful way. We were blessed with two incredible little girls who have filled our lives with joy, laughter, and purpose. Together, we learned what it meant to be partners, parents, and a family—through every challenge and every triumph. Now, after years of love that began with a controller and a screen, crossed state lines, and grew into something deeper than we ever imagined, we’re ready to say “I do.” In 2026, we’ll celebrate not just a wedding day, but a love story built on friendship, devotion, and a journey that proved sometimes the greatest love stories start in the most unexpected places.
