The Hilton Garden Inn and Marriott above share a parking lot. We have a room block reserved at Hilton Garden Inn Exton/West Chester for October 10, 2025 through October 12, 2025. Booking your room is simple, just select "Book a Room" to receive your group's preferred rate or call and mention Zavitsanos/ Fernandes wedding room block to book. Please book your room by September 10, 2025, after that date the rooms will be released to the general public and you will no longer be able to get the discounted rate. Transportation from the hotel to the reception will be provided.

Shuttle
October 11, 2025 4:15 pm - 11:59 pm
Shuttle Service: We will be providing two shuttle buses from the hotel to the venue and back. They will be picking up outside of the Marriott To the Venue: Shuttles will begin loading at 4:15 PM at the hotel. Both buses will depart promptly at 4:30 PM, so please be on time! Return Trips: Return shuttle will depart the venue at 9:15 PM (for those wanting to depart early) and again at 10:00 PM when the wedding will conclude. The 10:00 PM shuttles will include one stop at MaGerks for anyone heading to the after-party, followed by a final stop at the hotel. The busses will make a final pick up at Magerks at 12am.
