What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are black-tie optional. Long dresses and tuxedos are preferred but not required.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony at 4:00pm. We will being promptly at 4:30pm.

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Absolutely. Please indicate any allergies when you RSVP.

HOW CAN I RSVP?

Answer

We will request your RSVP via our wedding invitation (to follow).

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

We are working with limited capacity at our venue, so please see your Save the Date in your email. The Save the Date will have your "plus ones" included if applicable. As we get closer to the wedding date and have RSVPs collected, we may be able to add a few more plus ones so please stay tuned. If you have any questions, please reach out. What will the weather be like?

Answer

Vail in the Fall is gorgeous! It can be cool at night but we will move inside before sunset on the evening of the wedding.

Where should I stay in Vail?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Grand Hyatt and have arranged a discounted room block for our guests. Please see the Travel page for more details.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE NEEDED IN VAIL?

Answer

No, all of our events will be at the Grand Hyatt. If you need to get into Vail Village there is a Grand Hyatt shuttle (free for guests) and a local bus.
