JaHana and Alese have been friends since Highschool. They met at Broadmoor Technical school where Alese was studying culinary arts and Hana studied Fashion Design. Hana lives just outside of Kansas City with her husband and two kids.

Nick and Derrick have been friends since 8th Grade where they met in middle school. Life sent Nick into the Coast Guard and Derrick to Northern Illinois University. After they both served our country in military service, they have since merged their lives back together by relocating to central Florida. Nick is currently a Firefighter and has a beautiful daughter who is also Derrick's God Daughter.

Covyn is Alese's youngest sister. She lives in Clermont Florida and cheats at all boardgames. Covyn has her own acupuncture business with ambitions to build a Hawaiian cultural center in Orlando.

Mike is Derrick's Childhood friend, he currently lives in Colorado with his wife, Erin and dog, Honey. Mike works in finance for the local police department and is a lover of all thing's beer and sports. Go Bears!

Jill and Alese have been friends since Alese moved back to florida as an adult. They both rented rooms from a mutual friend and have been roommates for years. Circumstance brought them together but continuing support of each other has left them forever friends.

Friends since preschool, Matt is Derrick's oldest friend. He lives in Arizona with his wife Nicole and three Children. Matt is an outdoors man and loves hiking and camping and golf!

Kiana is Alese's sister. She lives in Tavares Florida with her husband, George and daughter. Kiana has always spent her time with her nose in a book and has written several books of poetry. You can buy them on Amazon!

Aj is Alese's niece and just about the coolest kid ever. She love legos and plays a game of chess every morning before school.

Cara is Groomsmen Matt's sister. Derrick has known her since they were children and Cara and Alese met through Derrick. It didn’t take long for the two to build a great relationship and mutual respect for each others strengths and weaknesses.

Dom is the reason for Lego dates and costume parties and is loved by Derrick and Alese both. His current joy is in all things space.

Hilo Hattie

Hilo was adopted by Alese at 7 months old, during the lock downs of Covid. She is very vocal and lets the world know what she likes and doesn’t. She loves kids and is cautious of adults but a good ear rub will sway her. She is 4 years old.

Henry Von Lickingstein

Giver of side eye and keeper of secrets

Henry is stubborn and lives life on his own terms. He is crazy about remote control cars, food and sleeps. He is Derrick's favorite little "Butt Butt."
