As much as we would love to help you with your flight arrangements, we believe it’s better for everyone to have each guest arrange their own flight schedule according to your needs and preferences. That being said, please share your itinerary once confirmed to assist in the shuttle organization. Pro tip: Is recommended to purchase your flights in March or the earliest you can. --- Por mucho que nos encantaría ayudarles con sus itinerarios, pensamos que es más conveniente para todos que cada invitado maneje su propio plan de vuelo que se ajuste a sus necesidades y preferencias. Habiendo dicho eso, por favor envíen sus detalles de vuelo una vez que los confirmen para apoyar con la organización de los shuttles del aeropuerto al hotel. All of our wedding events will be on location. This is an adults only all-inclusive hotel, so you will be well taken care of. Tips for the servers are encouraged but not mandatory and these can be in dollars or pesos. COSTS: Nightly Rate: $10,390 MXN (About 519.50 USD. Taxes are included) Total Cost per room from 12/5 through 12/8: $31,170 MXN (About 1,558.50 USD. Taxes are included) CONSIDERATIONS: 1 USD = ~20 MXN (give or take) Rooms are on the category of Deluxe Sky Terrace. These rooms only have a king size bed and are meant for 1 or 2 adults. El hotel es un All-Inclusive solo para adultos, entonces no tienen que preocuparse de nada. Propinas para los meseros son recomendadas pero no obligatorias y pueden ser en pesos o dólares. Our travel agent will be on hand to schedule round trip shuttles from the airport to the hotel and after the event, your shuttle back to the airport. Our guests will have a preferential rate for a private shuttle with the following estimated costs, which will be confirmed as we get closer to the event dates. 2 to 4 Passengers: $1,500 MXN (~75 USD) 4 to 8 Passengers: $1,800 MXN (~90 USD) 9 to 10 Passengers: $2,100 MXN (~105 USD) Book your shuttle starting on November 14th by sending your flight details to the grooms/travel agent. --- Nuestra Agente de Viajes nos apoyará organizando viajes redondos en shuttle del aeropuerto al hotel y al finalizar el evento del hotel al aeropuerto.
