Highfields Stuffed Chicken - Chicken breast over homestyle bread stuffing with celery, carrots, onions, and a chicken gravy, served with garlic mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley. New England Baked Haddock - Haddock with a ritz cracker and scallop seafood stuffing, topped with a white wine cream sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley. Butternut Squash Ravioli - Served smothered in a brown butter cream sauce.

Hi all, Thanks for visiting our site! COVID-19 has made it difficult to plan for our wedding the way we would have liked, but it’s important to us that we keep you in the loop about where things stand. The health and safety of our family and friends is of the utmost importance to us, so we want to exercise caution and follow all recommended health and safety guidelines. We’re excited to start our married life, so we have decided that we will get married on July 10, 2021 no matter what comes. What is still up in the air is the number of guests that we can safely invite. There is a possibility that we will be limited to a maximum headcount that is much lower than our intended guest list. We really hope that’s not the case, since there are so many people who we love and want to share this day with. We’ll wait until May to send invitations based on the available guidance at that time. We’re preparing for the worst but hoping for the best. Please keep your fingers crossed for efficient distribution of the vaccine.
