How can I send you any photos I took during the Reception?
Answer
We have teamed up with GuestPix to save everyone's photos from the day. There will be QR codes around the venue to easily upload all of your photos from your device and the photo booth! If you need access to the uploader after the wedding, the QR code is in the Gallery tab! Reach out to one of us if you need the direct link. If you post on social media, please use the hashtag #cantfaketheclick so we can find them!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by Sept 01! There are questions on the RSVP that will help us make the night unforgettable! Even if you can't make it, we would greatly appreciate a declined invite. It will help us with planning as the special day nears.

Sorry, but this is a kid-free wedding!

Is there parking for the ceremony?
Answer
There is a short walk from parking to the garden. Details for the ceremony can be found here: https://wbgweddings.org/visit-the-wbg/ The ceremony will be held in the center of the garden where it says "PATIO" on the map - head to the right path after entering the gate. An ambassador will also be there to direct traffic. For handicapped guests, you can stop briefly at the gate, but you must park where indicated at the link above.

Is there a dress code?

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators. Just look nice! There will be lots of photos and videos of the day!

Can I have my phone out at the Ceremony?

Please allow the ceremony to be unplugged. We have hired a wonderful videographer team to capture all of the special moments.

Do I need to bring cash for the bar?
Answer
It will be an open bar! The drinks are free and the stories will be priceless!
Question
I'm traveling for the wedding - are there any hotel blocks reserved?
Answer
We did not reserve any hotel blocks, but we are staying at Vacation Village in Williamsburg that night. Feel free to stay where you'd like, though!

I only see the reception on my RSVP. Is that a mistake?
Answer
Our ceremony location has very limited seating space, so it will only be open to close family and the wedding party.

What's the timeline for the wedding?
Answer
Ceremony: 2:30 - 3:00 (please be seated by 2:15) Reception: 4:00 - 10:00 Dinner: 5:15 Dances: 6:45 Mock Send-Off: 8:00

Should I stick around for the formal send off?
Answer
We will have a mock send-off around 8 pm but don't think that means the party is over!
