When getting to Sonoma County the easiest airport is Santa Rosa, but keep in mind it is a smaller airport so flight options are limited.

The Bay Area has tons of airports to choose from. San Francisco is the largest of all the airports in the bay area. You can expect to spend around an hour and a half getting to Cloverdale from SFO. Not renting a car? Skip the uber and get on Groome Transportation (Sonoma County Airport Express).They offer scheduled transportation 365 days a year between Sonoma County and San Francisco and Oakland Airports.

Complimentary transportation from Hotel Trio in Healdsburg to the venue will be provided for guests staying at the hotel. This pickup service will start at 2:50pm, with departure promptly at 3:10pm. Please ensure punctuality to avoid missing the transport. If you are not on the bus by 3:10 it will leave without you. If you are not staying at the hotel, you have the option to drive yourself to the venue as there is ample parking available. Alternatively, you can take an Uber/Lyft to the venue. After the reception, shuttles will be available back to Hotel Trio for anyone who would like a ride back into town or to the hotel.
