We recommend staying in Cloverdale, Geyserville, or Healdsburg. Hotel Trio, where the bride and groom are staying, serves as our primary lodging choice. Accommodations are limited, so we highly recommend booking as soon as possible for the best rates. Check out our travel page for some recommendations.
The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail or formal dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
In the spirit of creating an intimate celebration with our closest loved ones, we kindly request that this invitation is extended only to the named individual. If your partner is invited, their name will be included on both the save the date and formal invitation.
Kindly note, this will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can join us in celebrating this special day!
We've hired a professional photographer to capture our day and will be asking for a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from all electronics until cocktail hour.
Our ceremony will officially start at 4pm. We suggest arriving by 3:45pm, so you can comfortably park, find your seat, and settle in before we say "I DO!"
There is plenty of parking at the venue. When you pull in there will be a parking attendant directing you where to go. Please note that it is very hard to get an uber home so either coordinate a pickup beforehand or drink responsibly.
Complimentary transportation will be provided from Hotel Trio in Healdsburg to Mountain House Estates for guests staying at the hotel. The pickup service will commence at 3:00 PM, with departure promptly at 3:10 PM. It's important to note that this shuttle service is exclusively available to guests staying at Hotel Trio for transportation to the venue. If you are not staying at Hotel Trio, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the venue. However, for the journey back to Healdsburg after the event, there will be plenty of space available on the shuttle for anyone needing a ride back to Hotel Trio. You do not need to be staying at the hotel to utilize this return shuttle service, but it does end at the hotel, not your final destination. We hope this clarifies the shuttle arrangements, and we look forward to providing a convenient and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
