What’s the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The closest airport to us is the Sanford International Airport, however, the Orlando International Airport is only about 40 minutes away. Either one is a great choice.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding! The dress code is dressy casual attire. If you'd like to wear a sundress, wear a sundress, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Alternatively, guests can wear a light dress shirt with khakis or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties are optional. Ultimately, anything goes in Florida!

The ceremony is outside, weather permitting, but will be short and sweet. Everything else is inside.

If I'm flying into the Orlando Airport, what's the best way to get to Sanford from there?

Answer

There are a few options for those flying into the Orlando Airport (MCO). 1. Rental Car - there are a lot of rental car options within the Orlando Airport. 2. Uber/Lyft - Rates can be expensive coming from MCO to Sanford, looking right now at 3:55PM on a Monday: Uber - $121.94, Lyft - $55.45. Please note prices may change based on timing and surge pricing. 3. SunRail - There is an option to take a bus to the SunRail station by the airport and then travel to the Sanford station on the train! The fares start at $2 and include a free transfer to the LYNX bus to get to/from the airport. The station in Sanford it about 7 minutes from downtown and very easy to pickup from.
