Where do we RSVP?

Answer

We will be sending out formal invitations in the fall via snail mail. There will be a place to RSVP in the invite. Keep an eye out!

Are kids allowed?

Yes!!!! We welcome kids of all ages. We will have a fun band with lots of dancing!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

The wedding will be formal-wear. The rest of the weekend we encourage casual and comfy clothes!

I’ve never been to a Jewish wedding before, what should i expect?

Answer

Get ready for one of the most joyful celebrations you’ll ever attend!  Here’s a quick guide: The Ceremony We’ll exchange vows under a chuppah (wedding canopy), which symbolizes our new home together. Highlights include the reading of our Ketubah (marriage contract), the exchange of rings, and -everyone’s favorite- the breaking of the glass, followed by a big round of Mazel Tov! The Reception This is where the party really starts. Expect delicious food, heartfelt toasts, and dancing that goes well into the night. The Hora is a must! We’ll be lifted up on chairs while everyone dances in circles around us, so come with your dancing shoes on! The incredible 10-piece brass band, Gora Gora Orkestar will play a mix of modern and Klezmer music to keep us dancing all night long! https://www.goragora.org/

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Denver is a sprawling city and we recommend wheels for transport. Parking won’t be an issue at any location, so if you can rent a car, great! If not, we are happy to organize with you and figure out transport. Ubers are reliable here and we will also offer some other options for transport to the venues- TBD!!!

When do I need to be in Denver?

Answer

We recommend arriving in Denver on Thursday January 7th at any time of day so that you can be part of the Aufruf and welcome party on Friday afternoon. On Sunday after the wedding (Jan 10) we will hold a send-off brunch in the Art Hotel in Denver if you are traveling back that afternoon. Please see the Schedule tab with more info on the agenda for the weekend.
