Flight

Cancun International Airport (CUN)

You will need to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN) in order to get to Isla Mujeres. Before securing your flights, please see the CARM shuttle information page since the ferry does not run 24 hours per day. Make sure you have your passports ready to go!! Exchange your US dollars for pesos or withdraw pesos from an ATM upon arrival as pesos will go further than the US dollar. Not all places on the island will accept credit cards so it will be best to have some cash on hand.

Feel free to find your own transportation if you'd prefer. Promo codes are not valid for phone or email reservations and may not be applied retro-actively. Promo codes are per reservation, not per person. Our pricing is per vehicle. Guests may not book airport arrivals online if people are not arriving on the same exact flight number and want to share a van. Guests must email us to inquire if this is possible (not recommended). Transportation on the island is not included as private transportation companies are not allowed to operate on Isla Mujeres. If you require a taxi to your hotel on arrival, the taxi stand is to the left of the ferry terminal. And your departure confirmation voucher will tell you what time you must board the ferry leaving Isla Mujeres and the exact time we will be picking you up at the Gran Puerto Juarez Ultramar Ferry Dock in Cancun.

Ferry Information

From Puerto Juarez (Cancun) arrival info: Ferry times daily at 5:30 AM, and every half-hour from 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM, followed by ferry departures at 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 5:30 PM. After that, there are ferries every hour from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please check below site for return times. 1-Do not book a flight that lands to the Cancun Airport after 8:15 PM (the last ferry to the island is at 11:00 PM) 2-Do not book a flight that departs the Cancun airport before 10:00 AM. (The first ferry from the island in the morning is 6:00 AM, with a 6:20 AM pick up, you will arrive at the airport by approximately 7:30 AM.)
